As the Lead Carpenter, I oversaw the 14 person crew through the 5 week build process. I created and communicated daily paperwork, kept track of all materials used, withheld all safety standards, and ensured the crew remained on schedule with the Technical Director's build calendar. As Deck Chief, I lead a crew to do sweep and mop at every show and tech call. As Flyperson, I ran the rail for the duration of the show.
